After a long career in computers and photography, and with my son graduated from college, it was time for me to pursue my dreams. In 2004, I first showed my work at the Annual Indian River Photography Contest. I submitted five images, all of which were juried into the show, I took first place in digitally altered images with 'Room with a view" and my work was on display in the Vero Beach Museum of Art. I was on my way.
Now four years later, I am a member of the Brevard Cultural Association with several images on display across the county with them. I am represented by the Station 401 Gallery in Cocoa Village. I have had images in the Vero Beach Museum of Art three times and have a piece, ‘the Taylor Panels’ on permanent display at the Museum of History and Natural Science in Cocoa. I was in the Melbourne Arts Festival in 2007 and I am currently in ‘7 by 7’ a seven artist show at BCC Titusville. My work has been written about in Florida Today several times and I was recognized as an Emerging Artist in Art Business News in December 2007. My work has been in the Vero Beach Magazine twice and I will be in Brevard Live Magazine in April 2008.
